Thank you for your interest in vending at JubileeFest 2010!



Jubileefest 2010 Vendor Policy

- A $100 late fee will be added to applications postmarked after March 31st.


- Vendor will be notified of acceptance or denial by April 15th.


- Vendors who cancel prior to March 31st will be charged $50 cancellation fee per booth.


- There will be no refunds for cancellations after March 31st.


- Jubilee reserves the right to decline any Vendor Application. If an application is
declined,
   full payment will be refunded when the decision is made.

    Food / Concession Vendors:
    A non-refundable entrance fee of $600 is required. Additionally, 15% of the vendor’s total gross sales will be paid to Jubilee each day. Concession vendor will receive:
    1. A 30' x 30' space in an area (designated by Jubilee) with 60amp/230volt
        electrical service. Higher electrical needs will be charged accordingly.
    2. Two (2) Vendor Passes for the full event. Additional Vendor Passes are $50.
        Your passes will be picked up at the Front Gate.
    3. Two (2) Parking passes. Extras are available upon request.
    4. Vendor is responsible for obtaining sales, food-handling and other permits.
    5. Jubilee reserves the right to reject all objectionable products and materials.


    Merchandise & College Vendors:
    A non-refundable entrance fee of $500 is required. Additionally, 15% of the vendor’s total gross sales will be paid to Jubilee each day. Merchandise vendor will receive:
    1. A 10’x10’ table/space in an area designated by Jubilee.
    2. Two (2) Vendor Passes for the full event. Additional Vendor Passes are $50.
        Your passes will be picked up at the Front Gate.
    3. Two (2) Parking passes. Extras are available upon request.
    4. One (1) 8’ table and two chairs.
    5. Overhead lighting is provided within the exhibit tent. 110V electricity for the
        individual booth is available at the cost of $50 per pair of outlets.
    6. Vendor is responsible for obtaining sales, food-handling and other permits.
    7. Jubilee reserves the right to inspect and approve or reject all literature and materials.


    Exhibition Booths (no sales from booth):
    A non-refundable entrance fee of $400 is required. Exhibitor will receive:
    1. A 10’x10’ table/space in an area designated by Jubilee.
    2. Two (2) Vendor Passes for the full event. Additional Vendor Passes are $50.
        Your passes will be picked up at the Front Gate.
    3. Two (2) Parking passes. Extras are available upon request.
    4. One (1) 8’ table and two chairs.
