Jubilee Terms and Conditions

Agreement with Terms and Conditions. The following terms and conditions apply to every person who establishes an internet connection to jubileefest.net. By using jubileefest.net, you are agreeing to comply with all of the terms and conditions listed here.

Changes in Terms and Conditions. Jubileefest.net has the right to change or discontinue any feature of jubileefest.net and/or change the terms and conditions for using it at any time. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon notice. Any use of jubileefest.net after that notice shall be considered acceptance of these changes.

Liability

Anyone who attends Jubilee, does so entirely at their own risk and will hold the following organizations and individuals harmless and not liable for any bodily injury or personal property loss anytime prior to, during, or following the Jubilee Event. This list includes but is not limited to Jubilee, American Retirement Assistance Corporation, The Gospel Shop, the landowner, plus all staff, volunteers, vendors, sub-contractors, suppliers, speakers, artists and any other entities involved in the production or facilities of the Jubilee Event.

No Refunds

Jubilee will be held and remain harmless in the event of any act of God that makes it impossible for any aspect of the event to take place.

Jubilee does not issue refunds or exchanges, because, in the event of foul weather or any other situation that prevents an act, a portion, or the entire festival from taking place, the artists and production personnel will still need to be paid according to their contracts. In such an event, the Jubilee may be rescheduled (based upon the availability of performers). Although there will be No Refunds, your tickets will be honored at any rescheduled event.

Occasionally, due to illness or other reasons, a speaker or musician may have to cancel or change the time of their appearance. Jubilee does not guarantee that the program will proceed as planned, and reserves the right to make changes and substitutions, as it deems best. Therefore, we strongly suggest that tickets should not be purchased based upon one specific performance.

Photographs & Video

Photographers and Film crews will be on site to photograph and take video of the Jubilee Event. Many of these photographs and video will be used for promotional and broadcast purposes. By attending the Jubilee Event, you are giving up any rights you might have with regards to these photos and will be deemed as having given permission for use of the same.

Day Ticket Holders

Day tickets are valid from 8:00am - 12 midnight. Occasionally, due to illness or some other reason, a speaker or musician may have to cancel or change the time of their appearance. Jubilee does not guarantee that the program will happen as advertised, and reserves the right to make changes and substitutions as it deems best. Therefore, we strongly suggest that tickets should not be purchased based upon one specific performance.

Wristbands

You will receive your wristbands at the gate after your purchase has been verified. By wearing these wristbands at all times during the event, you are showing that you have registered properly. Please treat these wristbands with special care as the wear and tear of festival life can be hard on them. Remember they have to survive four days of sun, sweat, dust, and showers!

Payment Methods

While we accept payment in various forms, Jubilee prefers payment by check or money order. Credit Card companies charge a fee for their use and checks help create and maintain a paper trail of transactions.

Check or Money Order: Jubilee accepts personal checks, business checks, cashier's checks and money orders as valid forms of payment. Checks and money orders need to be in US Funds and drawn on a US Bank. Make the check or money order payable to JUBILEE. Please mail your payment to:

Credit Card - You may pay by credit card using PayPal's secure process for on-line purchases. PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards.

Credit Card Security Codes: Jubilee may require the credit card security code for your card for any purchase. The credit card security code is an individual three or four digit number specific to your credit card that may be printed on the back of your card, on the signature panel (if Visa, MasterCard or Discover). Asking for and confirming your credit card's security code helps validate that you - and only you - are in the possession of your credit card and protects you from unauthorized use of your account.

Proof of Purchase

Credit card purchasers will automatically receive a computer generated receipt. Jubilee will send a receipt to those who order by mail.

Other Terms and Conditions

Jubilee is not responsible for typographical errors.

All sales at the Jubilee  website (jubileefest.net) are governed by Delaware law, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions.
